By using PG Saathi, you agree that:
- Payments flow P2P over UPI directly to your bank account. The platform is not a payment aggregator (RBI compliance).
- Persistent data (tenant names, phone numbers, contracts) is stored in Supabase Mumbai (ap-south-1) to comply with the DPDP Act 2023.
- Aadhaar — only the last 4 digits are stored (DPDP minimisation).
- Contracts ≥90 days + rent ≤ ₹20K/month + no food bundling keep GST at 0% (Supreme Court Taghar). The platform warns you if a booking would break this.
- Data deletion is the DPDP right to be forgotten. It is carried out within 30 days of confirmation.
- Communication runs over the WhatsApp Business API. Contact details are not shared with third parties.
