મોટાભાગના PG word-of-mouth અને broker calls થી વધે છે. Brokers introduction માટે એક મહિનાના ભાડાનો 10% માંગે છે. PG Saathi દરેક PG ને shareable URL આપે છે — `pgsaathi.com/p/<your-slug>` — જે તમે Facebook group, hostel-finder forum, કે tenant ના WhatsApp માં paste કરી શકો.
પેજ બધું બતાવે છે જે પ્રોસ્પેક્ટને જોઈએ: નામ, વિસ્તાર, total beds, map embed with entrance pin, 'how to find us' note (તમારા landmarks — "ચા ની ટપરી પાસે વાદળી ગેટ"), અને per-room grid with capacity, sharing label, gender, rent. ₹20K/mo થી ઉપરના rooms નો ભાવ છુપાય છે (0% GST safe-zone બચાવવા).
Rooms ની નીચે booking form: નામ, WhatsApp number, optional move-in date, message, DPDP consent checkbox. Submit પર request તમારા `/properties/<id>/leads` inbox માં આવે છે અને બૉટ WhatsApp પર ping કરે છે.
WhatsApp પર
- Owner — PWA માં `/properties/<id>/publish` થી visibility toggle કરો.
- Prospect — પેજ વાંચો, form ભરો, DPDP checkbox tick કરો, submit. Reference code મળશે.
- Owner — lead card પર `wa.me/<prospect-phone>` બટન એક tap માં WhatsApp chat ખોલે છે.
ડેશબોર્ડ પર
Owner publish flow: /properties/<id>/publish. Inbox: /properties/<id>/leads. Cross-property admin view: /admin/bookings.
